What Perennial is

Perennial helps homeowners scope home improvement projects, understand what they should cost, track their home’s systems, and connect with contractors. Estimates and scope-of-work documents are generated from your project description, regional pricing data, and AI analysis.

Estimates are informational

Cost estimates, scope-of-work documents, and maintenance insights are provided for informational purposes only. Actual costs vary based on your contractor, materials selected, site conditions, and project-specific factors. Perennial does not guarantee pricing, and an estimate is not a quote, bid, or offer to perform work.

Always confirm scope and pricing directly with a licensed contractor before committing to a project.

Contractor connections

When you request a contractor connection, Perennial facilitates an introduction. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor, we do not perform the work, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any work performed. Vet any contractor independently before hiring.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• You may delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user’s data or circumvent security controls
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute estimates or other content at scale
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service

Your content

You retain ownership of the project descriptions, photos, and documents you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the product: generating estimates, analyzing photos, and storing your records. We do not use your data to train AI models. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates will match actual costs or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perennial will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on an estimate, scope-of-work document, or contractor introduction. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
